Open Cell Spray Foam

Open Cell Spray Foam is a low-density foam that expands more after it has been applied, so it can insulate hard to reach nooks & crannies. A single application can entirely fill the area between studs. Open cell foam in most cases is also more affordable & averages a 4 per inch R value.

Closed Cell Spray Foam

Closed Cell Spray Foam is the best choice where space is an issue. It's rigid & adds structural integrity. Closed cell also acts as a vapor & air barrier, so water and moisture will be less likely to get inside. Closed cell foam has a higher R-value, about 6-7 per inch.

Cellulose & Fiberglass Insulation

Blown In otherwise known as Loose Fill insulation is a quick and easy way to help prevent heat transfer. While it doesn't air seal like spray foam, loose fill is the low-cost option for insulation in your home or commercial building. Batt insulation is available also.

Does your Concrete Need a LIFT?

Repair, Don't Replace!

Poly-jacking has many advantages over other methods of concrete repair.

Some of these advantages are:

Excellent coverage: within 1/32 of an inch

Waterproofs walls

Up to 250 psi compressive & tensile strength

Will not shrink

Repels water

Small injection holes (5/8″)

Lightweight: 125-250 pounds per yard will not overburden the soil

Used by DOTs for over 30 years on highways and bridge approaches.

Sub-seals floors

Eco-friendly

Cost-effective

Our method of poly-jacking only requires a dime size hole to be drilled.

Foam Injection

Polyurethane foam is then injected under your slab to LIFT AND LEVEL.

Injection holes are then patched with no mess left behind.

SAVE BIG MONEY ON YOUR ENERGY BILLS WITH SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

PolyPRO would love to work on your next insulation project!

Existing Homes

Problem areas in your house? When the neighbors are loud, you can hear it. When the weather is hot, you can feel it. When the energy bill comes in, you dread it. Spray Foam insulation can add comfort & energy efficiency to your existing home.

New Homes

Underestimating insulation from the start could cause higher costs later on. It’s always more cost-effective to add insulation during new construction than to retrofit insulation after the house is finished.  And not just any old insulation. Foam insulation, instead of the traditional fiberglass insulation, offers immediate benefits to the new homeowner:

  • Prevents air infiltration

  • Fills irregular shapes and gaps

  • Will not settle or shrink over time

  • Helps to eliminate dust, pollen, and pest intrusion

  • Improved efficiency and reduced air loss could lower energy bills

Metal Shops

You've built your dream shop, but the temperature inside never stays consistent.

In the winter, you feel cold drafts coming in and the Texas summer is a scorcher.

Put an end to this shop nightmare. It’s time to turn to foam insulation.

Unlike traditional fiberglass insulation, no matter what size or shape your structure is, foam insulation is a perfect fit, every time.

When you add foam insulation, you will instantly have a full air barrier, keeping temperatures consistent year-round.

Call us today at 903-808-6041 for a free estimate on your spray foam insulation.
